Our standard grade is visually appealing since we visually grade the veneer. It has a sanded finish and has closed knots less than 1″ in diameter.
Our upgraded appearance is our HD Face, which limits the knot counts to eight or fewer per 4′ x 8′ sheet and the size of the knots to ½” in diameter. Freres has designed the Mass Ply production process to allow “skinning” the Mass Ply panel with any finished architectural panel for appearance characteristics.
