Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off (PTO) Days:

All employees are eligible for PTO. Newly hired employees are not eligible to take leave until 90 days of service is completed. PTO can only be taken in 1-hour increments.
PTO Accrual Rates:
Part-Time and Seasonal Employees will receive 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked up to 40 hours per 12-month period.
Full-Time Employees will receive:

Years of Service Accrual Rate Annual Accrual Limit Maximum Balance
0-12 months 1.0/30 Hours or 1.33/40 40 Hours (5 days) 40 Hours
1-4 1.23 /30 Hours or 1.64/40 80 Hours (10 days) 120 Hours

There is no rollover deadline. The only way you stop accruing PTO is if you have already accrued your annual limit or maximum balance.
Separation of Employment:  Upon the separation of employment for any reason, all accrued and unused PTO shall be forfeited. Departed employees returning to employment with the Company within 180 days of previous employment with the Company will have their PTO balance reinstated to the amount the employee had banked at the time of termination, including any negative balances.

PTO Cash Out Option

PTO will be paid on the next available regularly scheduled payroll date after receiving the request. Employees must have 40 hours of PTO available AFTER the request is processed to be eligible. Employees are eligible for Cash Out Requests 2 times in a 12-month period. PTO Cash Out may not be used in coordination with termination of employment.
