File Clerk Intern performs many organizational tasks to ensure the professionals they support have the most accurate and up-to-date documentation needed.
The File Clerk Intern reports to the Human Resources Manager/HR Generalist and will be responsible for performing clerical tasks to support the work of the company. This includes verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring accurate data entry and communicates with customers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.

- Provide support to departments as needed

- Answer the phone, assist customers, employees and applicants that visit corporate office.
