Essential Functions
- Support the HR Generalist with processes ·
- Help maintain accurate and organized employee records and files ·
- Provide front-office support, and greeting visitors ·
- Assist with preparing HR documents, spreadsheets, and presentations ·
- Help promote company policies and positive workplace culture ·
- Perform data entry and assist with HRIS system tasks ·
- Support various HR projects and administrative duties as assigned ·
- Document activities and maintain records in a timely manner ·
- Act as a reliable team player with strong communication skills
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods while working at a desk
- Frequent use of hands for typing, filing, and computer work
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds (office supplies, files, etc.)
- Must be able to work in a typical office environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interest in Human Resources and eagerness to learn
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong customer service orientation, and good interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
